"I am a physician that has treated chronic pelvic, back and hip pain often caused by myofascial trigger points for the last 16 years. Many tools are available to release myofascial trigger points, but not all are very effective, especially for hard to reach muscles like the QL (Quadratus Lumborum). The QL claw's unique design is much more effective in my personal experience in releasing muscles like QL than other tools on the market, such as massage balls or foam rollers. The smaller surface area on the "claw" end can penetrate to deeper layers of the muscle which is why, in part, it is so effective. Sustained improvement in relieving myofascial pain usually requires, in addition to releasing trigger points, stretching short and tight muscles and strengthening weak muscles that contribute to trigger point formation in the first place. Back Muscle Solutions offers strengthening and stretching programs and videos that are an important adjunct to the QL claw. I would highly recommend the QL claw, in addition to an assessment by a physical therapist, for those with myofascial back, hip or pelvic pain."
- Donna Hoffman, MD

"The Claw: An unbelievable product. For me, it’s helps me pinpoint the areas on the body such as QL, Piriformis, and Glute Medius and gets right in those trigger points and releases them pretty quickly. I actually like it more than a foam roller, especially when I’m doing targeted release to hit those specific muscles. Try it out!"
- Sean Skahan, Sports and Conditioning Coach

"The QL Claw is truly one of a kind and I highly recommend it for everyone! I work doing what's called "neuromuscular corrective therapy," which is a unique form of comprehensive, full-body therapy that works on enhancing overall joint and tissue function throughout the whole body. Whenever one of my clients asks what they can do outside of our treatments to continue improving their health and joint function, I almost always recommend using the QL Claw. It is such a great self-care tool that my clients and I have found much more useful than any other foam rollers or "trigger-point" balls that are usually hard to balance on and too superficial, not getting the myofascial releases our bodies need. The Claw can really get the "deep release feel" we are all looking for in order to enhance our overall joint and tissue function!"
- Spencer Overturf, Neuromuscular Massage Therapist at BenKuns Bodyworks

"The QL Claw is a game changer for all things rehab, sports performance, and overall feel good. The Claw's shape and sturdiness allows for functional, hassle-free use that can accommodate to all body shapes and sizes. As a sports performance coach, the versatility of the Claw is by far my favorite feature - I've been able to coach athletes to use the Claw on stiff areas such as neck, shoulders, hamstrings, and even the bottom of feet. Get your pain-free ability back with the Claw!"
- Nikolay Petkov, Sports Performance Coach at Training Haus

"As a physical therapist, I enjoy using the QL Claw as a tool for helping my clients alleviate symptoms of back and hip pain! The Claw is easy to use and has helped support my clients throughout the different phases of their rehab journey."
- Maggie Germscheid, Physical Therapist at Revival PT

"As a healthcare provider and a self-massage enthusiast I'm always looking for innovative and effective tools for myself and my active clients. The QL Claw is a wonderful addition for athletes and weekend warriors looking for self-release of the quadratus lumborum, glutes and hip flexors. It's versatile and I continue to find new ways to use it. It's currently my go-to muscle release tool."
- Nathan Dufault, Licensed Athletic Trainer at Mindful Motion PT

"I absolutely love the QL Claw! It is my favorite self care tool for the low back and hips. When using a foam roller or lacrosse ball in the hips and low back, it's difficult to get that sweet spot with the right leverage, but with the QL Claw those problems are no longer. I'm a massage therapist and having this tool to get into all of the deep hip rotators and flexors is a life and career saver!”

"The QL Claw has been a game changer for me and my body. Its unique build allows me to get into areas more effectively than a foam roller can. The design allows you to easily relax into positions and get into deeper areas. And its size is perfect for travel. Not only is it great for the back, but its versatility works amazing with hips. glutes and more. The QL Claw has become a staple in my recovery!"
- Cooper Rush, QB Dallas Cowboys

"I was introduced to the QL Claw this year and it has completely revitalized my recovery. I find myself using the QL Claw on my IT bands, low back, and hips religiously, almost every single day. It's such a simple tool that you can use any place in anytime. With the rigorous schedule of division one college basketball it was a necessity for me to find something that protects my low back! The QL Claw is a must buy for any athletes struggling with these pains!"
- Parker Fox, University of Minnesota Men's Basketball

"As a full time Jiu-Jitsu coach and competitor my body and especially my back has been put through a lot. As a result I have been battling low back pain for the last few years. When Ben approached me at a Jiu-Jitsu tournament with a new muscle relief tool I was eager to try it. After a few minutes on the QL Claw I knew it was going to help me relieve my back pain. I've recommended the QL Claw to my own students and they have also found relief in their pain as well. The QL Claw is such a cool and effective tool and I always look forward to using it before I wrestle."
- Wade Barden, BJJ Competitor & Coach

"The Claw has been an excellent tool to target and release high stress areas that build up while playing hockey such as my QL, glutes, and piriformis. It’s straightforward to use, very comfortable, and I can easily store it in my hockey bag."
